Serves:4 Prep Time: 1 hr., 15 mins. 4 grouse breasts 1 can peas 1 can chicken broth water 1 cup cooked rice (not minute rice) sliced mushrooms salt and pepper poultry seasoning parsley Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In shallow baking dish, place peas, including juice, from can. Add chicken broth with enough water to make 2 cups. Spread rice across evenly, topping with sliced mushrooms. Season grouse breasts with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and place across mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle entire thing with a little more salt, pepper and poultry seasoning and some dry parsley.
