20 vanilla wafers, crushed 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 8 medium firm bananas, Cut into 1/2 inch slices 1/3 cup butter or margarine Vanilla ice cream In a small bowl, combine wafer crumbs, sugar and cinnamon; set aside. In large skillet, saute the bananas over medium heat for 1 minute. Sprinkle with crumb mixture; cook for 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm over ice cream. Yield: 8 servings
