4 squirrels 1 1/2 cups water salt & pepper 2 large onions 2 celery stalks 1 garlic clove 1/8 green pepper 4 T. parsley 1 cup ncooked rice Cut squirrels into pieces. Add water, cook with vegatables and spices. Remove meat from bones. Discard bones. Add rice to meat and broth. Cook 20-30 minutes or until rice is done. Doug/VA.
