6 to 8 potatoes 1 or 2 onions 2 cups chopped ham 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cups milk Salt and Pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel and thinly slice potatoes and onions. Layer in casserole dish as follows; potatoes, onion, ham. Mix soup and milk in a small bowl and pour over top. Cover and bake 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings. Doug/Va.
