SWEET TATER CASSEROLE

3 cups sweet taters, mashed

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs


Mix all together and put in casserole dish. Set aside

Topping

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup soft butter

1 cup chopped pecans

Mix all together and put on top of first layer. Bake at 375 for 30 mins.
