2 sticks margarine
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
2 small packages lemon instanct pudding
3 cups milk
CRUST: Cut margarine into flour until well blended. Mix in chopped walnuts. Put into 9" x 13" buttered pan. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 mins.
FIRST LAYER: Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
SECOND LAYER: Combine pudding with milk. Beat until smooth and spread over first layer.
THIRD LAYER: Spread with thin layer of Cool Whip. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into squares for serving.
