1 baked graham cracker pie shell
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 to 1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts for garnish
Whip the cream cheese with milk until smooth. Add the sugar and ueanut butter. Fold in the Cool Whip. Pour the mixture into pie shell and chill for 3-4 hrs. Sprinkle with finely chopped peanuts on top. Serves 6 generously.
